Most of our work is centered around a coaching relationship that enables you to better understand your goals and effective ways to achieve them. We combine this with a process to support your accountability and regular progress in a way that often makes the journey not only more productive but more fun and meaningful.
In some instances, it is helpful to bring additional resources and expertise to the situation. We occasionally offer customized consulting engagements that allow you to leverage our expertise in various arenas including funding and financing, sales and sales management, recruiting and team building, and marketing and market development.
PROCESS >
Your process is unique and personal to you - where you are in your life, what you're facing, your resources and challenges, demand a custom program. We will work together one-on-one, mostly by phone. You direct each session’s goal and we work together to achieve it with more power, creativity and support than you would likely achieve on your own. Out of the session will come various actions, goals, exercises and inquiries that you can choose to engage in before our next session. You will be fully supported to stretch and succeed.
Our process begins by getting a very clear picture of what YOU want. Forgetting what you should want, or used to want or what others want for you and getting clear about what's most important to you, Right Now. We will explore what you are willing to do or become to achieve it and help and help you get clear about what you aren't willing to try or sacrifice.
We will create multiple ways to achieve your desires and pick the ones that work best for you. When challenges crop up, we are available by phone and email for crisis or extra support. You'll gain perspective and experience through our collaboration. As you advance in your program, you'll notice a sense of flow in your daily life and a new sense of ease and appreciation will begin to show up regularly. You'll laugh more, celebrate more, contribute more and discover more time to explore what's next in your life.
As our work continues, you will experience that you love who you are, you love what you do and you love where you're at.
Over time, we'll look at additional aspects of your life to determine your level of satisfaction and joy in each of them. If you feel that you would like to make changes, we will work together to create exactly what you want in every area of your life.
